EMAIL MARKETING “RE-ACTIVATION” CAMPAIGN

A project undertaken at e-Strategy

Riverford Organics had noticed a reduction of long term customers for their Veg Box subscription service, prompting us to pursue a “re-activation” campaign to encourage lapsed customers to re-activate their subscriptions through a series of incentivised e-shots and landing pages. We also separately targeted new customers to introduced Riverford and their products. I was responsible for the design and contributing to the marketing strategy.
